As a maintenance mechanic at Jästbolaget, you will work to maintain a high technical availability. This is done through preventive maintenance and repairs of packaging machines, valves, pumps, and other process equipment. The work area covers the entire facility from raw material reception and media through processing and packaging to evaporators for wastewater.

You will be part of a team of seven people with expertise in mechanics, electrical, control, and media. The work is mostly independent with close collaboration with nearby departments, where working hours are normally scheduled during the day with flexibility. On-call duty and weekend shifts are included in the job.

We are looking for you who have a strong drive and technical education, as well as several years of documented work experience in production maintenance. Experience from the food industry is an advantage. You have the ability to teach your knowledge to facilitate the operator's own troubleshooting. Furthermore, you speak and write fluent Swedish and have basic English skills.

As a person, you are goal- and result-oriented. You enjoy varied tasks and can work independently and take your own initiatives. At the same time, you are unpretentious and have an easy time collaborating, contributing to a good work climate. You are also stress-resistant and meticulous.
